As an agent there are two sets of numbers you ought to keep track of. The number of leads you're generating and the number of leads you're converting to buyers or sellers. Of course the number that matters most is the amount of conversions you're making that are leading to sales. But you can't convert without first having people.
Every business is in the lead generation and conversion business. You need these two numbers to go up in order to go up in sales. These are the two most things you should be obsessed about. Everything else is a distant second.
