...is what the market does frequently. The product's first impression to the market is judged by its beauty, it's character, its usefulness, durability, practically; among many other factors.
The same process occurs for the service provider. The market judges the real estate agent by how they dress, the car they drive, how articulate they are, their level of intelligence, and their competency of the market, just to name a few.
Rather any of this is good or bad is not the point. The bottom line is learning to deal with what's reality is far better than wishing that things weren't the way that they are.
