Frequently changing one's focus can lead to not gaining traction at all. The constant flipping from one project to the next, jumping from one great idea to an easier one, wandering from the simple plan to a "better" one , will all surely lead to the ultimate flop.
The key to succeeding, in any endeavor, is the intense focus on just one goal at a time. This, of course, is not always as easily practiced as it is spoken. The mind is used to being scattered and pursuing just about any thought that jumps in front of it. But the key to focusing on one thing all boils down to keeping the end goal in mind.
The sacrifice is worth it. The discipline is worth it. And putting all your attention towards that one mission is worth it. All other ideas can be archived for another time.
