...is that it does matter who you know, the people who are in your inner circle, and those you pay to do the work you're not willing to do.
How far you go in business is largely based around these very three groups.
Who You Know matters because knowing some of the right people, who may have more influence than you, more resources than you, and more capable friends than you, can lead to opportunities that may have not been available otherwise.
Your Inner Circle is vital, as these are the people you trust the most. They're the ones you count on. This group is not only loyal, but rather you end up successful or not really has nothing to do with the bond they share with you. They care simply because you're worth caring about.
The People You Pay matter because they do the things that either you can't do or don't want to do. They take care of the paperwork, they handle the creative side of things that your right brain simply can't fathom. This team of professionals make you look a whole lot better than what you really are.
You don't have to be the best at everything, you only need to know your three groups well enough to understand how to leverage the power of each of them.
If you found this to be valuable it would mean a lot if you shared it with someone you know. Thanks for Reading!
