Growing your business also means putting a stop to many of the things that currently has you're time occupied. No one can reasonably expect to grow a business when they're spending time handling important, yet, unproductive work.
But this is common among real estate agents and other self-employed people. The belief is they're saving money by doing it themselves instead of hiring someone else who would likely do a better job. But what they miss out on are the opportunities that could be gained by engaging in the actions that actually make them productive.
Give yourself a promotion by doing the work that will bring you better customers, better clients, and better revenue. Everything else is worth delegating.
