It used to be that the Realtor would have pictures taken, put the sign in the yard, input the

information in the MLS and wait. Unfortunately, there are still agents that sell luxury real estate

this way but the truth is they won't be able to do it for much longer.


In today's market place what sells are stories and the ability to get that story told in front of the

right people. And chances are, as time goes on, the best storytellers will be the most

coveted marketers.
